Default It is possible to get off sub, if i did it you can!

just wanted to give some words of encouragement for those trying to quit. I was on sub for 14 months when i decided to wean because i was pregnant. I did a slow 3 month wean. at the end I was taking about .25 sub a day. The withdrawals were soooo minimal. I had a little anxiety and thats about it! Unfortunately I am going back on sub but I am not worried at all about weaning off it.

Hi anon19781, thanks for the encouraging post about tapering off! I'm sure it will help in alleviating some anxiety for others!
