Dude, I'm sorry to keep posting about the same thing. I'm just so stoked to be off the subs completely. I tried to kick it on my own a few times to no avail. What I realized after my 3rd failed attempt, was that rehab was the only solution. I knew I had to be in a place where people were watching me 24/7. I let the professionals do their job in aiding me. I couldn't do it alone. I had put this off for 10 years. If you can do it on your own, more power to you, but if you just can't then consider rehab. Most insurances will cover it. 30 days of your existence in exchange for your sobriety is a no brainer...peace.
