I have been on zubsolv 5.7 2 a day for about 6 months now. Over the past week my body is telling me I need less I cut myself back to 1.5 a day and didn't notice any difference. Is this normal? Have other ppl experienced the same. Wondering? is offline   Reply With Quote

Hi, that's a good thing that you listened to your body and cut your dose! For most people, the tell-tale signs of needing a dose reduction are being really tired for no reason, pinned pupils, even some depression or anxiety. Most people feel better a couple or three days after reducing their dose (it can take that long because of the long halflife of buprenorphine).

So it's perfectly normal. Unlike with full agonists where people tend to need more and more.

Great job!
