Well I am just a loving new wife of three months supporting my husband who has been fighting an alcohol addiction since we lost my mother in law to cancer.I would love to get to know other wives who are in the same battle. Today is only day 5 for hubby, who is a great provider, loving daddy and husband. During this fight although I have noticed moodiness I must say that they are easier to deal with then seeing him drunk, when he does drink he becomes distant and his whole personality changes, his body also tremors when it feels it needs more alcohol. If I am in the wrong forum, administrators please direct me to the the survivors of alcoholic husbands.

Hello thefightgoeson-

How are you doing? How are things going with your husband quitting? Is he getting any help with the process?

I hope you can keep posting.

Best Regards,
