I shave been on zubsolv 8.6 for about a year now when should I start thinking about tapering off

Hi Crazycajun88, welcome. What is your dose again? Just wondering if 8.6 is a typo? Sorry for my confusion.

Please give this thread a read, it might help you to see where you are in the recovery process:

Everyone is different, so there's not really a set time to taper. But if you've been on the same dose for a year, you might want to talk with your doctor about trying a small reduction to see how that goes. With the option of going back to your original dose if it doesn't work out.
