Default Losing hope

My daughter is 36 almost 37 and we can't get 3 weeks put together from her shooting meth in her arm and then comes the casino where every dime of her money and everybody else's money goes into the machine until she's left with nothing her three children are left with nothing and I her mother I'm devastated I have fixed and fixed and fixed, until it's just ridiculous. There has been a rehab outpatient rehab, gambling rehab, numerous meetings and numerous interventions just the way it is I don't think it'll ever change for her children that's who I need to deal with now. One is 16 months one is Nine and the other is 18 ready to go to college, I raised him almost his whole life, I should have called the children's fatherso but i just can't bring myself to do it! ! at this point I firmly believe that I am a sick as she is. We literally got into a physical altercation today I am devastated and numb I just don't know what to do, and I can't go on this way. ..

Hi rockinitat50, welcome. That's so sad what's going on with your daughter. Especially for her children. What is your hesitation about calling the children's father? Does he not know what is going on? Where does she live, how does she get her money?

Is there any chance that she would go into a 3-month treatment center, one that can handle multiple addictions? Does she do anything to help herself?

At this point, you have to do what you need to do to protect yourself and the children.

Sorry for all the questions.

Nancy
