Default A New Chapter In My Life!

Drumroll please....

As of today,

I am,

Officially...

A COLLEGE GRADUATE!!!!

Two and a half years of hard work, deadlines, monster projects and reports I never thought I could write...

Timed quizzes, 3 hour exams, complicated discussions, research, work, work, work, work...

WORK!!!!

Did I say HARD WORK??

Big words, long acronyms, stuff that was way over my head...

I freakin' did it...

I graduated COLLEGE!!!

If I can do it...

Anyone can do ANYTHING...

If they do the work and just believe.

Have an awesome dopeless day,

-DHF

Ahhh, the job search. But guess what you get to put on your resume, now? Graduated! yeah!
Don't get discouraged, and if you have to, take something to tide you over while you search for your perfect job, because it's out there!
"They" always say, 'It's easier to find a job when you already have one', or something like that.
Congrats again, and good luck!

Thanks MaJaBe,

I laughed when seeing you wrote "they." I always refer to "them" that way, too...

You're right, "they" like to hire people who are employed. I am, in a very informal and minimal way.

My husband is a truck driver--owner-operator. I'm his "assistant manager." I don't really do much...there's not too much to do.

Since Thanksgiving...my favorite holiday...is coming up, I'm taking some time to focus on our house.

Girl, this house needs cleaned! Mayhem and foolishness everywhere!

You're also right about taking something other than what I want...jobs around here are real scarce.

I may find something I wasn't looking for, but that's not a bad thing.

I'm real blessed in that my husband, well, I don't think he really wants me to get a job.

Unless it pays very-well, is very close by, and makes me incredibly happy.

Haven't found that yet.....

That's awesome that you get to take the time to relax, and look for the perfect job! You're very blessed! I'd give my two pinkie toes to be in your shoes, lol.
Anyway, I hope you can take this time to really take care of yourself, your house, and your hubby, and when the right job comes along, you'll be ready for it!
