Default New NAABT publication - 2015

Hereís a new publication we just put out. Itís about the importance of change in the recovery process. Our purpose was to show that relying on medication, meetings, or just time, is not enough if long-term recovery is the goal. Instead it takes a deliberate effort to make changes in oneís life. Knowing what to change and why itís so important is what this recent publication is meant to convey. Hopefully it will help some organize their recovery and get a better understanding of the ultimate purpose of counseling and therapy.
